150g Roasted Macadamia nuts 150g Roasted Almonds 50g Toasted Sesame Seeds 2 Teaspoons Turmeric 1 teaspoon ground cumin 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper ½ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon ½ teaspoon ground ginger


Place macadamia nuts into a blender, pulse no more than 3 or 4 times or you will end up with an oily mess, pour into a bowl. Place the remaining ingredients into the blender and pulse until mixed and the almonds have been chopped up. Mix with the macadamia nuts and place into a jar. Close with a lid and refrigerate until needed. This is really good as a crust on lamb.
