1 tablespoon of water
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 chopped onion
1 cup pre-cooked vegetables mixed to taste
2 cups of cooked white rice, cold
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 cooked cup, minced chicken meat
1.) In a small bowl, whisk the egg with water. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium low heat. Add egg and leave the floor for 1 to 2 minutes. Remove from the pan and cut into pieces.
2.) Heat the oil in the same pan; Add onions and sauteu until smooth. Add pre cooked veggies. Then add rice, soy sauce, pepper and chicken. Stir Fry together for about 5 minutes, then stir in egg. Serve hot.
